Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on item weight, size, shape, and quantity. Please add an item(s) to your cart in order to see the current shipping amount. Combined shipping rates are also automatically calculated for carts that contain more than one item.
Due to the rising costs of postage, we feel it creates the most pricing transparency to provide our shipping costs independently from the price of our items. – As a small independent business, we have chosen not to wrap the cost of shipping into the item price in order to give the illusion of “free” shipping, as this does a disservice to both our buyers and our business. We appreciate your understanding and support of policies such as this, which allow us to continue providing you access to our collection of extraordinary vintage items!
Tracking & Insurance
All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) with full Tracking information that provides confirmation of delivery. Once you place an order you will receive a “Confirmation of Purchase” e-mail, followed by an additional e-mail that provides the tracking number for your package once it has shipped.
All orders over $500 are sent with complimentary full insurance. If you would like full insurance on an order amount under $500, please contact us ahead of placing your order.
We are not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. – Our liability ends once the package for your order shows an “acceptance scan”, which confirms that the shipping carrier is in possession of your item(s). Once an order package has received its first acceptance scan and is in possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping timeframe and/or delays in transit.
International Buyers
A Hyperion Vintage is not responsible for any Customs, Duties, VAT, or Import Fees your order might be subject to for delivery to your destination country. Please be aware of any and all additional charges that your country may levy upon you to receive your package.
